A long and very hard walk from Mungrisedale calling at Souther Fell, Blencathra via Scales Fell, Mungrisedale Common then Lonscale Fell via Burnt Horse and finally Latrigg before the tiring walk back round to Mungrisedale village. Great day - but a fairly tough one !
