At the outskirts of the village of Buttermere looking over to the wooded route up to Red Pike
Out of the woods ans looking over Buttermere to Robinson
A stunning view along Buttermere to Fleetwith Pike
And the other way towards Crummock Water with Rannerdale Knotts on the right
From the summit of Red Pike looking into Ennerdale now
Another view looking Northwards back down towards Buttermere with Robinson, Hindscarth and Dale Head in view
Bleaberry Tarn - You can see the well defined path that I took on my ascent of Red Pike (to the left of the tarn)
Looking back at Red Pike and the very red and dusty/loose scree clamber up the last 100 yards.
View of Ennerdale from High Stile
Looking back up at High Crag - Pretty arduous descent amongst all the loose rock and scree
On Haystacks now, looking back towards High Crag
Pillar in shade
Haystacks summit
From the top of Haystacks looking towards Innominate Tarn
Sitting by Innominate Tarn wondering where AW's ashes were spread ?
Haystacks as I descend down to Warnscale Bottom
Passing the nose of Fleetwith Pike as I reach Gatesgarth Farm
