Osmotherley village.
Err.. wait for me Mrs R
Signage seems to be working.
After a bit of roadside walking we head down towards the reservoir.
Enjoying the sun as always.
Cod Beck Reservoir looking serene this evening.
Heading upwards towards the woods as we start our climb.
Bit of grumbling from Mrs R as we seem to be going upwards for a bit too long and there's no sun getting through with all these trees around !
Not sure what this is all about ? didn't pay much attention as I went past - will have to check this out again.
Out of the woods and into the sun - all smiles again.
Heading towards Black Hambleton - but soon we meet the country lane and turn sharp right.
Looking over to Thimbleby and Over Silton Moors.
One last look back over to Black Hambleton as we descend down in the direction of Osmotherley.
Time for a beer - Should we go to the Golden Lion or The Queen Catherine? I think the Golden Lion is the better of the two, but the Queen Catherine will have the last of the sun out on the front - I know where we will end up if my sun-worshipping wife gets to choose.
