Graystones, Broom Fell, Lords Seat, Barf and Whinlatter.
It's been a while since I called in to see these Whinlatter fells, I usually view this as an 'Easy Day' although there is still 3000ft of ascent to negotiate. Unfortunately, there are few variations of the route for these fells if you are to encompass all of them in one hit, you either do them in a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction - both of which I have done quite a few times. But it's still a good day's walk and I enjoy it whichever way round I tackle it.
A cracking day for a walk today, Dry, crisp and lots of winter sun with lovely clear blue skies - cold though.
