A walk from Grasmere taking in Stone Arthur, Great Rigg, Heron Pike, Nab Scar, Rydal and then a gentle walk back from Rydal via the Coffin Route to Grasmere

Parking alongside the A591 just outside of Grasmere - I almost always get a spot here, but it is popular - so be early

Now on the Coffin Route heading from Rydal back to Grasmere (glimpse of Rydal Water)

Another layby - just South of Grasmere on the A591 - never used it, but is good to know for the future
