This South West Coast path section from Lands End to Plymouth hugs the coastline throughout. It's a walk of contrasts; the scenery varies from the dramatic granite clifftops of the Atlantic coast, to the bustling seafront promenades of towns such as Penzance, Falmouth and Looe. There are beautiful coves and picturesque Cornish fishing villages with many sandy beaches along the way. This stretch is about 160 miles long and we were blessed with hot and sunny weather throughout until an hour or two before reaching Plymouth Hoe - when the heavens opened.
