Red Pike & Pillar walk from Wasdale Head

It was great to just walk out of the Wasdale Head Inn and begin todays walk without any driving whatsoever, and also to know that I didn't have to drive home at the end of the day (always the worst bit).

I did a limited Mosedale Horseshoe today, taking the weather into consideration, which wasn't looking too grand - I would probably have included Scoat Fell and Steeple on todays walk, but I thought it wise to check out the conditions when high up on Red Pike to decide whether to extend the walk or not. It's a hard enough walk as it is, but the wind was extremely high and visibility poor - so I limited it to just these two fells today.
