Parking
After a few miles walking we arrived at the village of Langthwate and the Red Lion pub.
The village was used for the filming of several scenes in the television series 'All Creatures Great and Small' and The Red Lion was featured in one of the episodes
Time to leave and head further up Arkengarthdale to the Charles Bathurst Inn (or CB Inn)
Lunchtime - 5 lovely roast dinners and one fish pie in an egg cup for the little fella !
The slippery slidey path
I think everyone went over at some point on this walk - it was so slippy and muddy, sometimes in laughing/watching someone struggle - you went over yourself !
Time for a breather as we head for Grinton and then settle for the night in Reeth
