Pike of Blisco, Cold Pike, Crinkle Crags, Bowfell & Rossett Pike

Friday 28th August 2015

Starting at the New Dungeon Ghyll Car Park, we first visited Pike of Blisco, Cold Pike and then Crinkle Crags before dropping down to Three Tarns. The climb up to Bowfell was tiring with the next descent back down to Angle Tarn before calling in at Rossett Pike.

At the end of the walk we headed down into Mickledon and picked up the Cumbria Way all the way back to the Old Dungeon Ghyll pub.

The day ended with a couple of lovely pints in the beer garden and a very lively incident inside the pub involving a pigeon and a few dogs with very loud barks (I accidentally caused it, but don't tell anyone !)

Only a couple of photos taken today I'm afraid.
