Lingmoor

New Dungeon Ghyll, Blea Tarn Road and near the top of Lingmoor.

Todays walk was a bit of a 'Rekkie' as I was planning to finish my first round of Wainwrights in October (2014) and as lots of friends & family were joining me I wanted to make sure the route was very familiar and that there was no possibility of a navigational mistake or anything that may tax the non-walkers that were to join me next month.

I avoided the summit (obviously !) - but enjoyed the majority of the walk in a stunning area and went home in the knowledge that as long as we got a decent weather day all should be okay.
