The winter 2019 country pub crawl was blessed with excellent summer weather - i.e. beer garden standard. The walk started in Darley Head (Wellington) then to the River Nidd (that's not a pub!) before we stopped off at The Royal Oak at Dacre Banks for a few and a pub lunch (really good), next stop Summerbridge then onto Pateley Bridge. A great little detour to the Harefield Hall just off the river path- this surprise gem had a lovely fire and great beer too - it was only visited as the Birch at Glasshouses was closed. A great day all round was ended in The Top of the Hops back in Stockton.
