North Cornwall Day 3 - Port Isaac to Trevone (Padstow)

Port Isaac, Port Quin, Polzeath, Padstow Ferry, Woodlands at Trevone

Another section of hard coastal walking - this is tough going ! another 20miles and nearly 4000ft of ascent again - but Wow it's worth it !! Superb weather and stunning scenery.

Padstow is a must on this walk - I chose to add a few extra miles on to the day to make Day 4 do-able, it was the right thing to do but meant we had to rely on taxi's for the night out (not straightforward in Cornwall - didnt see a taxi rank all week !!)

After the ferry crossing we pressed on from Padstow around the Stepper Point and on to Trevone - but we got a taxi back to Padstow for the evening

At the Pad'Stein' harbour - we sampled the expensive take away fish & chips - worth every penny !

...… and joined in with the Morris Dancers - another great night although tricky getting a taxi back late on and concerned we may have to undergo another interview/interogation with our Wing Commander landlord at the very nice B&B in Trevone - we survived however
