Day 6 Cotswold Way - (Final Day) Dyrham to Bath - 6th July 2018

Friday 6th July 2018

Benefiting from the extra miles we did yesterday, the walk today was easy going and straightforward. Rolling hills and gentle countryside plus the interesting Battle of Lansdown site were crossed before struggling to navigate across the city. Once we lost the Cotswold Way wooden signs, we seemed to struggle to follow what few modern signs existed - I think we probably took a few wrong turns and added a bit extra on (but I always get accused of that anyway !). After a walk through a park and 'Ice Creamgate', we made it to the Abbey and after all the photo's in the sun - the celebrations could begin.

Bath's a great place and we had a really good night out - Roll on next year !
