Day 11 - Blakey Ridge to Grosmont

Setting off and saying goodbye to the girls was difficult - Not because we were going to miss them so much, just that in our high spirits and chatter the three of us went the wrong way - only to have to turn round and walk back past the pub 5 minutes later in full view of everyone ! But this wasn't the end of my embarrassment - we were only going the right way in the first place weren't we !! We had to do the walk of shame past the pub for a second time to the howls of laughter and cries of "And he's got a GPS", I couldn't of picked a worse place to make a navigational mistake - this will be remembered for a long time.

Anyway, no more mistakes this day as I managed to successfully navigate our way to Glaisdale, Egton Bridge and Grosmont. We enjoyed the customary swapping of snacks/sweets on Fat Betty before walking through the beautiful Esk Valley.
